This page explains the behaviour of the preview forms. It is not a substitute for the final policy.
Preview forms
The launch-updates and driver-interest forms check entries in your browser only. They do not send your entries to Rodl, save them to a database or register you for anything. Please use sample details when exploring them.
What this website does
This build does not add marketing analytics, advertising trackers or location collection. Site delivery and basic hosting operations are provided by the platform hosting it; those operations are separate from Rodl’s forms.
Before registration opens
The final Privacy Policy needs to be available before real registrations are accepted. The live form will need to explain what information is collected, why it is needed and how to ask questions about it.
Driver documents
No identity documents, licences, insurance files or vehicle photos can be uploaded here. Formal onboarding will use a separate process.
Privacy questions
For questions about this website, email support@rodl.ca. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information.
